By late August you will be reaping the rewards of all the hard work in the garden. Join us to learn how to preserve the bounty by canning, pickling, drying or freezing. The workshop will include tips on how to safely preserve food, shared experiences and lots of tasty recipes. We ask all participants to bring along a favourite recipe for sharing (not required). Registration is preferred. Drop in’s welcome.
