Residential well water samples for testing by the HKPR District Health Unit will be accepted at the Minden Hills branch on Tuesdays 10am–5pm and Thursdays 12pm–7pm. Empty sample bottles will be available to pick up anytime during our operating hours.
Please note that this is a courtesy drop off only. For questions specific to your water sample, please contact the Health Unit.

After the growing season is over, it is time to test your soil and start planning how to improve your soil for the next year. This workshop will look at simple soil science, nutrient requirements and sources, soil testing (home kits and laboratory testing) and how to read a soil report. Registration is preferred.
