Get ready for Halloween by visiting the library to create your very own moveable monsters! Inspired by paper dolls, you'll turn regular sheets of paper into wacky, wonderful monsters that swing their arms and legs! No registration required. All ages welcome. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
